EMUNAHEALING (SPIRITUAL HEALING FROM THE TORAH) COURSES, WORKSHOPS & TRAINING

Spiritual healing courses and workshops based on Torah sources, deep research and the facilitator’s practice as a spiritual healer. Most of these workshops include spiritual healing exercises and guided meditations.

Introductory Workshop Based on Emunah, Tefilah and Energy Work

This workshop will teach the basic principles of EmunaHealing, accessing the inner light within us by removing exterior layers, the klipot which block Hashem’s life-giving energy from flowing freely within all the parts of our psyche, emotions, and organs. Through spiritual healing we can unblock negative energy and infuse each part of ourselves and the people we treat with Hashem’s light. This system of spiritual healing endorsed by Rabbi Berkowitz of Aish HaTorah, was developed by Ilan and Sandy Feldman of Ramat Beit Shemesh. They decided to purify alternative energy healing from its non-Jewish elements and create a Torah/Emunah based energy healing channeling Hashem’s life-giving power. This introductory workshop will illuminate the essential principles of Emunahealing. Not everyone is destined to treat others, yet everyone can learn to heal themselves and their family. In addition, EmunaHealing promotes spiritual growth and closeness to Hashem. Rebbetzin Neustadt the daughter of Rabbi Ezrial Tauber, said about this system of spiritual healing, “This is the healing of the Geulah!”

Kabbalah & Spiritual Self-Healing, The Ten Sefirot of Healing Training 1

The Tree of Life – The Blueprint for Jewish Spiritual Healing
(Option of one Workshop or Full 6-10 hour Course)
The Sefirot of the Tree of Life serve as interface between Hashem’s infinite light and the physical reality we experience. All healing emanates from Hashem’s light, which spirals down to us in the ten vessels of creation – the Ten Sefirot of the Tree of Life – the Divine manifestations within the world. Learn about the energy, element and correspondent organ(s) of each of the Sefirot, and how to use them in spiritual healing. The learning includes scriptural sources for the Sefirot, and various practical exercises for opening, activating, strengthening and balancing your personal Tree of Life. The workshop is accompanied by a comprehensive source sheet in Hebrew and English integrating, Bible texts, Midrash, Chassidism and Kabbalah, as well as various Sefirot charts.

The workshop includes EmunaHealing exercises and practical tips on what to work on for strengthening each of the Sefirot and create balance between them. The learning is also accompanied by comprehensive Sefirot/body charts and the Ten Sefirot of Healing, Self-Healing Sefirot Test.

Kabbalah & Spiritual Self-Healing, the Sefirot versus the Eastern Energy Centers

Differentiating between Jewish & Eastern Healing
With the renewed interest in energy healing, we come across the healing methods of the East, including the Eastern Energy System. Is it possible/recommended for a Jew to employ or adapt the healing methods from the East? If so, to what degree, and with which precautions?  While focusing on comparing the Eastern Energy system with the Ten Sefirot, we will shed light on the teachings from the Zohar about the Jewish attitude and relationship with the spiritual healing modalities of the East, including Eastern Energy healing. While emphasizing the difference between the systems, and with much precaution, this workshop will elucidate ways to employ the wisdom of the Eastern Energy System in a Jewish content through examples of tools used from Eastern Energy System for finding underlying causes of dysfunction. The learning includes an in-depth comprehensive source sheet in Hebrew and English with Torah sources from Bible to Kabbalah, as well as a guided visualization, and Spiritual Healing Exercise.

Kabbalah, Self-Healing & Spiritual Protections

(Option of for a longer or shorter workshop (2-6 hour)
In today’s world, we need spiritual tools to protect ourselves from all the negative energy circulating. Just as we are surrounded by air, which we can’t necessarily see, there is energy all around us. When we enter a holy place where people think holy thoughts, pray, learn Torah and perform mitzvoth we can feel the holy energy. On the other hand, we need to protect ourselves from the energy of places where people with negative thoughts and actions reside. By learning to recognize negative energy, we can take proper precautions. The Torah and Talmud are replete with descriptions of this kind of energy, and suggestions of how to protect ourselves from being susceptible to its effect. In this workshop, we will learn sources from Torah, Talmud and Halacha concerning spiritual protections. The workshop includes prayers, meditations and special EmunaHealing exercises designed to strengthen your ‘emunasystem’ and develop righteous eyes by sending positive healing energy through our eyes.

The Magen David and its Protective Secrets

This workshop includes textual learning of Jewish mysticism, guided meditations, EmunaHealing exercises and extensive handout in Hebrew and English, and a power point presentation.

  • Learn to balance masculine and feminine energy as represented by the triangles in the Magen David.
  • Explore the triangle connection between Hashem, Torah, Israel.
  • Study the connection between the Magen David and the Sefirot, and familiarize yourself with the concepts of Ohr Makif (surrounding lights) versus Ohr Penimi (inner lights).
  • Prepare yourself for the Coming of Mashiach through the secret Magen David connection.
  • Practice spiritual healing exercises that access the protective power of the Magen David.
Transforming and Channeling Resentment, Anger and Negativity

How can we love another Jew completely if we are unable to control our feelings?
Negativity, which affects most people, can harm our relationships greatly. The dark cloud of anger can prevent us from expressing love towards the people who are closest to us. When we get upset, Hashem’s light within us is blocked and negative energy of the primordial serpent can enter and take control. You will study Torah sources on anger and how to heal this negative emotion. You will also practice anger management methods based on the Rambam, and spiritual healing techniques for detoxing the liver – the seat of anger, removing the spiritual toxins stored there. The workshop includes a comprehensive source sheet in Hebrew and English integrating, Bible texts, Midrash, Chassidism and Kabbalah with EmunaHealing techniques for anger management.

Torah, Music & Mindfulness for Overcoming Depression and Achieve Higher Consciousness

From time immemorial, music has always held a central place in the service of Hashem. The women of the Exodus packed their tambourines in order to praise Hashem for the miracles at the splitting of the Sea. Music was the Biblical ‘jump-start’ tool for accessing higher consciousness and prophecy. The Jewish people have undergone a long and wearisome exile, through which we have been depleted of much of our spirit. Following the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem with its musical service, using music to achieve an altered state of consciousness was lost.  With the return to the land of Israel, the role of music in the Torah world is undergoing a spiritual renaissance. Learn Torah sources from Rashi to Rebbe Nachman about the role of music to restore the soul, remove ruach ra (depression) and achieve higher consciousness and devekut (cleaving to Hashem). Practice various music meditations for spiritual healing and mindfulness. This class is relevant to everyone, not only musicians.

The Spiritual Healing Power of the Shema Yisrael “שמע ישראל”

The Shema Yisrael Prayer is a verbal mikvah, pouring into every level of our souls and aligning us to the truth of Hashem’s Oneness, purifying doubt and the temptation to believe that there is anything in the world that is separate from Hashem. In this learning session we will delve into mystical Torah texts on the roots and deeper meaning of the Shema Yisrael prayer, and get a glimpse of why the Shema Yisrael Prayer is like a seed that contains the entire Torah, an alchemical formula directly to G-d. The workshop includes guided meditations and Spiritual Healing techniques such as spiritual energy balls, and how to access the power of the ShemaYisrael Prayer to nullify negative energy and entering Hashem’s light into a space.

Forgive and Let Live: A Forgiveness Workshop for Spiritual Healing and Ahavas Yisrael

How can we love another Jew completely if we hold onto old grudges and hurts?
Even if we have learned much about the importance to forgive, it may still be hard to actually change the feelings in our heart. In this workshop we will not only learn Torah sources on how to forgive ourselves and others, we will do guided visualization and practice spiritual healing (EmunaHealing) exercises to clear negative feelings from the heart.  Learning to open our heart energy center Tiferet, will help break our “heart walls” and enable love to flow freely into and out of our heart. The workshop includes a comprehensive source sheet in Hebrew and English integrating, Bible texts, Midrash, Chassidism and Kabbalah with EmunaHealing tools on forgiveness and clearing emotional and spiritual blocks that prevent us from giving and receiving love.

The Three Primal Fears and How to Overcome Them

Fears are some of the main cause of both emotional and spiritual blocks. There are many different kinds of fears, fear of living, fear of dying, the fear of not being in control, the fear of being overwhelmed… Behind every fear is a trauma. The origin of the communal state of disease for the Jewish people is the fear of exile. This fear can be traced back to the three core traumas in the Jewish psyche represented by our three main exiles – Egyptian, Babylonian, and present (the exile of Edom). This shiur will go deeper into these archetypal fears, how they play out in our daily day life, and provide spiritual, emotional and physical tools to overcome them. The workshop includes guided meditation, a power point presentation and a comprehensive source sheet in Hebrew/English accompanies the textual study integrating, Bible texts, Midrash, Chassidism Kabbalah.

The sequence of the return of the Land of Israel into Jewish hands on the fifth of Iyar following the holiday of Pesach, the revival of Jerusalem on the 28th of Iyar followed by the giving of the Torah is therefore not accidental. This shiur helps us tune into the spiritual energy of the month by tying together the different incidents occurring during the month of Iyar throughout the ages. In this way the learning will prepare us to become a proper vessel for receiving the Torah during the beginning of the following month.

To Heal or not to Heal? - Uncovering Torah Perspectives on Conventional Medicine Versus Spiritual Healing

The month of Iyar is the month of healing. It is not always easy to choose between the different modes of healing available to us. It is even more difficult to resolve the question of when to turn to medicine and when to rely on spiritual healing. By looking into various Torah sources from Tanac”h, Talmud, Ramban, Rebbe Nachman to Halachic sources on healing, we will discover different aspects of the dispute among our Torah sages whether to turn to medicine or rely on the spiritual healing of Hashem.

Nutrition & Health according to the Wisdom of the Rambam

Based on HaYad Hachazaka –Hilchot Deot, Chapter 4
Learn from the wisdom of the Rambam to develop healthy life habits conducive to vitality and longevity. “Whoever lives in accordance with the directions I have set forth has my assurance that he will never be sick… or need a physician” (Hilchot Deot 4:20). More than 800 years ago, Rambam instructed us that preventative medicine is the most efficient medicine. Discover how Rambam’s holistic outlook is applicable for guarding your health today.

Torah Teachings on Nutrition, Health and Waste Prevention

Many people think that the Jewish laws concerning eating consist mainly of the extensive and complex dietary laws of kosher and non-kosher foods. Does mainstream halacha have clear guidelines concerning wholesome lifestyles? What can we learn from the Torah about preserving our environment, compost and recycle rather than throwing everything away? Contemporary society has long neglected the laws pertaining to health and waste prevention, which probably explains why there’s so much disease and flabbiness among those with modern-day lifestyles. Do any of the many health directives of the Talmud and later Rabbis have any relevance in our time? Although the Rambam lived almost a thousand years ago, more and more dietary experts are “rediscovering” the timeless truth and effectiveness of his teachings.
The learning may optionally include a wholesome mini cooking Workshop based on the soon-to-be-released Wholesome Spirited Cookbook with Torah teachings on Nutrition & Health.

Cinnamon, Myrrh & Myrtle: Aromatherapy in the Torah and in the Redemption Process

How does the sense of smell connect between the physical and the spiritual? What is the connection between Mashiach and the sense of smell and how does the Temple incense engender spiritual unification? Study Torah sources on the importance of fragrance in the Torah and on why the sense of smell is the most spiritual of our five senses. Learn spiritual and aroma-therapeutic properties of cinnamon, myrrh & myrtle and about the role of fragrance in Megillat Esther and in our lives. This lecture will also shed light on the recent renaissance of aromatherapy as part of the redemption process and how we can cleanse our sense of smell after being dulled by city life and regain its power to draw closer to Hashem.
