Rebbetzin Chana Bracha Siegelbaum – Annual Tour 2018

February 4-22, 2018

Rebbetzin Chana Bracha has been for more than 10 years teaching, inspiring, encouraging and even healing on her annual North American speaking tour. Join her this year… she will be teaching in Toronto, Montreal, Sharon, Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Baltimore, Monsey, Englewood, Lawrence, Woodmere & New York!

She will also be leading a Meditative Adar Celebration / Torah & Art / EmunaHealing Retreat Shabbaton in Morristown, NJ which this year concludes with a Sunday Fair “Adar Celebration of Women, Torah & Art”.

Rebbetzin Chana Bracha Siegelbaum, a native of Denmark holds a Bachelor of Education in Bible and Jewish Philosophy from Michlala Jerusalem College for Women, and a Masters of Art in Jewish History from Touro College. She creates curricula emphasizing women’s spiritual empowerment through traditional Torah values. She is the author of Women at the Crossroads: A Woman’s Perspective on the Weekly Torah Portion, Ruth: Gleaning the Fallen Sparks, the award-winning The Seven Fruits of the Land of Israel with their Mystical & Medicinal Properties, The Nameless Chicken from Judea, Parasha Meditations for Spiritual Renewal and Strengthening Communication with the Creator. Rebbetzin practices EmunaHealing as a gifted spiritual healer through Emunah, tefilah and energy work. Chana Bracha has a married son and several granddaughters, and lives with her husband and younger son on the land of the Judean hills, Israel.

I love her original research
and new perspective
on today’s burning questions.

Under the Rebbetzin’s divinely inspired Torah and Leadership, there were so many incredible sparks of insight, emotion and connection throughout the retreat.

Teaching Topics

Cinnamon, Myrrh & Myrtle

Aromatherapy in the Torah and in the Redemption Process

How does the sense of smell connect between the physical and the spiritual? What is the connection between Mashiach and the sense of smell and how does the Temple incense engender spiritual unification? Study Torah sources on the importance of fragrance in the Torah and on why the sense of smell is the most spiritual of our five senses.  Learn spiritual and aroma-therapeutic properties of cinnamon, myrrh & myrtle and about the role of fragrance in Megillat Esther and in our lives. This lecture will also shed light on the recent renaissance of aromatherapy as part of the redemption process and how we can cleanse our sense of smell after being dulled by city life and regain its power to draw closer to Hashem.

Dinah – Daughter of Transformation

Rectifying the Shadow-side of Israel

Contrary to certain approaches that blame the victim, this class focuses on Dinah’s exceptional hidden qualities. We learn from Dinah how exterior appearance is far from reflecting true reality. Dinah has a tremendous positive effect on her environment and everyone with whom she connects. She is like a seed that must decompose before producing its beautiful plant. Her violation in the darkest place, allowed her to transcend the boundaries of nature and engender transformation on all levels. Ariza”l teaches us how Dinah has the power to internalize evil and transform it to holiness. She transformed her encounter with the evil Shechem into the holy tribes of Efrayim and Menashe. Dinah teaches us that no matter which kind of experiences the Jewish woman has gone through in her past, her essence remains completely unaffected and pure in its holiness.

Vashti’s Tail or Esther’s Hidden Face

Contrasting Unholy and Holy Feminine Empowerment

Through textual study integrating, Bible texts, Midrash, Chassidism and Kabbalah, we will contrast the modest yet assertive self-expressive Esther with Vashti’s desire for control and power-struggle. We will glean from the texts and character analysis how to distinguish between unholy self-aggrandizing feminism and true Jewish feminine empowerment within the parameters of Halacha.

Women, Art & Emuna

Exploring the Inherent Connection between Feminine Art & Emuna

The Hebrew word for art: ‘Omanut’ is connected with the word for ‘Emuna’ – belief. What is the connection between art and Emuna? What is the Torah’s definition of beauty? How can the Torah artist tap into the Hidden light and Reveal Divine Tiferet? This shiur will shed light on Torah ways that a Jewish woman can apply her ability to actualize her spiritual potential, through the medium of expressive art while inspiring and bringing others closer to Hashem’s Torah. The lecture includes Biblical, Talmudic, and Mystical sources on the connection between Torah and Art with emphasis on Women’s role as artists, being partners with Hashem through continuous creation.

Torah, Music & Mindfulness

for Overcoming Depression and Achieve Higher Consciousness

From time immemorial, music has always held a central place in the service of Hashem. The women of the Exodus packed their tambourines in order to praise Hashem for the miracles at the splitting of the Sea. Music was the Biblical ‘jump-start’ tool for accessing higher consciousness and prophecy. The Jewish people have undergone a long and wearisome exile, through which we have been depleted of much of our spirit. With the return to the land of Israel, the role of music in the Torah world is undergoing a spiritual renaissance. Learn Torah sources from Rashi to Rebbe Nachman about the role of music to restore the soul, remove ruach ra (depression) and achieve higher consciousness and devekut (cleaving to Hashem). Practice various music meditations for spiritual healing mindfulness.

Nutrition & Health according to the Wisdom of the Rambam

Based on HaYad Hachazaka –Hilchot Deot, Chapter 4

Learn from the wisdom of the Rambam to develop healthy life habits conducive to vitality and longevity. Whoever lives in accordance with the directions I have set forth has my assurance that he will never be sick… or need a physician (Hilchot Deot 4:20). More than 800 years ago, Rambam instructed us that preventative medicine is the most efficient medicine. Discover how Rambam’s holistic outlook is applicable for guarding your health today.

It was, as always, a unique and uplifting experience to hear your Torah… The many varied sources you utilize make for a rich, well-rounded, and thorough learning experience.

Her class was deeply inspiring, filled with Torah learning that was relevant and applicable to our lives, creative and thought provoking. People particularly enjoyed the blend of lecture style learning mixed with artistic reflection and processing.

Her classes were extremely well received by all, from those with little background to those who are products of the day school system.”  Everyone wanted her to return.

I have attended several of Rebbetzin’s workshops, which are very enlightening, inspiring, and include exercises you can apply yourself.  She has also written several books that expound on the spiritual power of women and some will be available at the event.

Any Questions? Contact us and we'll get back to you...
